Hi, I’m Mo Barra — Founder of Fit Shift, former Athlete, Celebrity Trainer, and Strength & Conditioning Coach.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, my journey began long before I became a coach. As an athlete and a competitor, I learned discipline, resilience, and the true meaning of physical and mental performance. These experiences shaped my unique training philosophy — one built on knowledge, precision, and a deep understanding of how the body moves.
